Next Flexercise class

Just to add interest to the session, I'll have a couple of young men coming to my class next week. They are Cert 1V Fitness students observing what us oldies get up to on the floor.

FLEXERCISE

Hello, I've just put together a new exercise technique called FLEXERCISE. Using resistance bands for a complete body workout. All levels of fitness!
If you live in the Leichhardt municipality you are welcome to participate in the classes at Lilyfield Community Centre, Cnr Cecily and O'Neill Sts.
Starting wednesday 2 May at 8:15am and continuing every Wednesday.
Start 5 sessions for $25, or join in $10 per session.

Tim Minchin

I saw his spectacular show at the State Theatre last night. Absolutely superb showman, creative songwriter of hysterical politically incorrect humour, accomplished pianist AND athlete!!
He jumped up on the stage 1 metre high with 2 feet together ... WOW, I was so impressed with his spring-iness.

Some of My Philosophies

The other day a friend asked if I was interested in joining her tennis group.
I don't like doing jerking or asymmetrical sports as it builds up one side of the body. REMEMBER, I'm all about balance ... and smooth controlled movements. I love watching professional tennis :)

AND boxing is a definite NO-NO, jarring ligaments in shoulders and elbows. It amazes me how younger people think older people are limited in movements, BUT it's what you do when you're young that results in damage at an older age.

I'll demonstrate smooth and controlled movements on next video.
