Inner thighs!

These muscles are rarely used in every day activities.
Sometimes when I'm walking I turn forward steps into wide and low side steps BUT make sure you alternate your legs! Don't want to be lopsided.

Feet first

When you train frequently first buy comfortable shoes that fit well. I recommend having at least 3 pairs and alternating them, rather than wearing one pair out at a time. This gives your feet variety in how they perform. Remember your feet are your foundation and impact on your whole body.
