Feet first

When you train frequently first buy comfortable shoes that fit well. I recommend having at least 3 pairs and alternating them, rather than wearing one pair out at a time. This gives your feet variety in how they perform. Remember your feet are your foundation and impact on your whole body.

  2. Shoes are so important, I agree. This morning my walk along the beach was cut short because of a very blue, blistered little toe! And I thought those shoes were perfect.

  3. I wrote a blog the other day on number of shoes needed. I believe in rotating them, wearing a different pair on alternate days, just to give your feet a different experience. I have about 10 pairs, mainly wear 5 and live in them for the most part. Always ready to exercise.
