You're so right about exercise, Yvonne! It really is a life saver. I have AS (ankylosing spondylitis) and can't do what I once could, but moving helps me retain the ROM I have left and definitely helps the pain & stiffness--and enhances my mood as well.

I had stopped exercising and eating healthy for four months (winter) and gained 30 lbs. Now, I am back on top of it, but it is much harder now...

ReplyDeleteI totally agree. I just came back from a walk around the bay and feel fantastic! Even when I first started doing it and was very, very exhausted I still felt pleased with myself.
ReplyDeleteCrack Your Whip- I know exactly what you mean. But it can be done! After exercise you don't even feel like ruining it all with chocolate etc . Good luck :)
