The other day a friend asked if I was interested in joining her tennis group.
I don't like doing jerking or asymmetrical sports as it builds up one side of the body. REMEMBER, I'm all about balance ... and smooth controlled movements. I love watching professional tennis :)
AND boxing is a definite NO-NO, jarring ligaments in shoulders and elbows. It amazes me how younger people think older people are limited in movements, BUT it's what you do when you're young that results in damage at an older age.
maybe it is best to NEVER exercise OLD OR YOUNG as then there would never be ANY damage!that has worked soooo well for me ;-)
