Lower Abs

  1. yes I'd be 'puffed out' too - those look HARD - I can tell you are doing them right (keeping the movement focused in the target area.) MY lower abs have been a problem since I was born - the only way to make 'em tight/flat is to not eat for 5 days. I think I'll start tomorrow.
